Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium sized bowl and set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together sour cream, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until combined.
Cream the butter in a stand mixer then sift In the confectioners' sugar in a few batches, Scrape the bowl down and mix once more until lighter in color and homogenous. Reserving 3 blueberries for the top of each glass, sprinkle the remaining blueberries in the bottom of each glass. This frosting pairs so well with this cake! Transfer about 1/2-3/4 cup to a small bowl and mix in blueberry reduction a tablespoon at a time and mix or until you reach a desired flavor.
If you dont have unsalted butter then go ahead and use salted butter! Can raspberries be substituted for the blueberries without making other changes?
Spread the lemon cream evenly between the layers, stacking them on top of each other. Add in the flour, eggs, and lemon zest and beat again briefly till combined try not to overbeat! Measure the flour and baking powder into a bowl and give it a good stir. I baked this for my husband and some friends who could not stop eating it!
You can add blueberries to cake mix but blueberries are heavy and many cake mixes are going to be a bit light to support their weight.
